Doug brings more than twenty years of highly successful business leadership experience to Destination Recruit^® from working as an executive for a Fortune 50 organization in the areas of Sales Management, Marketing Management, Franchise Leadership, Business Development and Commercial Business Model Innovation. His extensive experience in designing, building and developing innovative business models led to his vision to create a unique kind of company in the fast growing sports industry. This combined with his passion for sports and helping athletes was the catalyst for becoming the Founder & Chairman of Destination Athlete^®. Through the success of Destination Athlete^®, Doug was then able to establish Destination Recruit^®, an invaluable resource designed to assist high school athletes, parents and teams every step of the way as they enter into the world of college sports. A former collegiate athlete himself, Doug embraces community as President of TCNJ (The College of New Jersey) Football Club. He is also an active Elks Member, S.A.R. Member (Sons of the American Revolution), and a Hunterdon County Committee Member.

A former Division I athlete with 30 years of coaching/recruiting experience at the Division III, Ivy League and Division I scholarship level, Jim Stagnitta’s Major League Lacrosse (MLL) background and proven record of success makes him the perfect choice to lead Destination Recruit®. As a student-athlete at University of Pennsylvania, Jim was a three-year letter winner while earning a bachelor’s degree in political science. He would later become assistant coach for Penn men’s lacrosse program. He began his extensive collegiate coaching career as an assistant with the Quakers, helping lead them to a pair of NCAA Championship berths including a trip to the semifinals in 1988. Other career highlights include two seasons with MLL’s Denver Outlaws where he was named Coach of the Year in 2013. In addition, he spent 10 seasons at Rutgers University leading the Scarlet Knights Men’s Lacrosse team to back-to-back NCAA Championship appearances in 2003 and 2004. He was also named USILA and ECAC Division I Coach of the Year in 2003. He spent twelve years as head coach at Washington and Lee University with twelve consecutive top ten NCAA finishes and has a career Record of 226-136. Most recently, he was introduced as the new head coach for the Charlotte Hounds. Additionally, Stagnitta is Founder of MVP Team Exposure Recruiting Events. From 2001 to 2004, he served as president of the USILA. .

A Pharmacist by trade, Rose has helped athletes, parents and coaches with Nutrition and Sports Medicine for over 20 years.   She is a former Pharmacist of the Year for the Second largest Drug Chain in America. Her medical background combined with her caring personality and a strong desire to help customers makes her the ideal leader for Complete Athlete 360 ^®.    Rose has assembled a world-class team of experts so Destination Athlete^® can deliver some of the best science to today’s athlete.

Byran leads the way in Strategic Planning at Destination Athlete®. He has been in the telecommunications industry for 20 years and his forward thinking and innovative ideas are key to the company's development. Bryan brings a lot of intellect, passion and curiosity to multi-interactive media strategies and plans. His approach is consistent with the business model, strong values and integrity of a company like Destination Athlete^®. He is a graduate of Virgina Tech and is currently an MBA candidate in the field of Economics.

Deb brings her combination of analytical, business and interpersonal skills to the Destination Athlete® team as she oversees our Customer Care Team. She and her team pride themselves on providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. Deb is also the Coordinator of Franchisee Training and Development. She conducts intimal training for new franchisees and also the ongoing development of all franchisees.   Deb is a graduate of Penn State and a former Financial Consultant for a national financial firm. Deb has been the team mom and coach for her children's many sports teams and is an avid golfer and tennis player.
