Administrative Assistant
Flexible Part-Time)
The Administrative Assistant will perform project management tasks for our team located in Lebanon, NJ. The position is PART time with the time being mainly on-stie in Lebanon and some time being remote.
The Part Time Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of miscellaneous tasks including but not limited to:
- Project Management
- Bookkeeping
- Answering incoming calls & emails
- Interfacing with customers and or potential customers
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- High-level of accuracy & attention to detail is a must
- Experience in project management & follow through is a must
- Basic excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Dynamic
- Reliable
- Sports acumen is a plus
- Microsoft Office: 3+ years
Social Media Specialist
(Flexible Part-Time)
The position is PART time (quantity of hours to be discussed), on-site in Lebanon, New Jersey with the possibility of some remote work from home. Hours worked may vary depending on the season and projects in progress.
The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for a variety of misc tasks including but not limited to:
- Working with our Marketing team on various social media projects
- Assist in creating new social media strategies & ideas
- Implement procedures & tactics developed by Marketing team

Graphic Designer
(Flexible Part-Time, off-site)
Destination Athlete® is adding to our national team in the Marketing portion of the Performance Platform. We are seeking Graphic Designers who are passionate about sports, athletes and in assisting our Marketing team in creating professional graphics, logos, website banners & various print collateral as needed. A background in marketing strategy is a plus. Candidates must possess leadership qualities, be organized, dependable and professional.
Requirements for this position include:
- Graphic design experience in an academic or professional environment
- Respond to & provide requested artwork for projects within a timely manner
- Able to work independently
- Travel as needed
- Video conference with office staff as needed
