Jim Stagnitta
President, Complete Athlete®360

As a head coach, Jim Stagnitta holds a career professional and amateur record of 239-150 and has guided teams to seven NCAA tournaments including 2 final 4 NCAA appearances and three MLL playoff appearances. His comprehensive coaching experience at the College and Professional level provides a strong foundation in the areas of Leadership and Cultural development.  He was awarded the 2015 and 2017 Brine Coach of the Year awards by Major League Lacrosse for his work with the Denver Outlaws and the Charlotte Hounds. Jim was also named the Division 1 NCAA coach of the year in 2003. He currently serves as the Head Coach for the Charlotte Hounds of Major League Lacrosse .

LTC (Ret) JC Glick is a leadership consultant who advises at the strategic, operational, team and individual levels. He has a strong background in leadership development, executive personnel assessment and selection, strategy, coaching, counseling and developing innovative solutions to complex problems.

JC served in the U.S. Army as an infantry officer for 20 years, primarily in special operations and special
missions units with more than 11 combat tours. Since retiring from the military, JC has brought his innovative and unconventional thoughts on education, leadership and resiliency into the private sector, consulting with Fortune 500 companies, the NFL and professional sports teams including the Denver Broncos and the Carolina Panthers.

JC recently wrote and published the thought-provoking, groundbreaking book titled "A Light in the Darkness: Leadership Development for the Unknown", which has been implemented by major corporations including the NFL and Microsoft and endorsed by leaders in the field of education, business and the military.

JC is considered a thought leader in adaptive and proactive programs of instruction centered on the development of leadership behaviors and values suited to dynamic environments and situations of ambiguity and adversity. JC recently developed the "Prodromos Developmental Model", a capacity-building system designed to develop people and leaders for the future, which is outlined in his book. His methods have been featured in Forbes Magazine and the Huffington Post and his work has been referenced in Forbes, Inc. and Entrepreneur.

He holds a Masters Degree from the Naval War College and was a Senior Fellow in the Service Chief’s Fellowship at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).

He has earned 3 Bronze Stars, 3 Meritorious Service Medals, a Joint Commendation Medal, and the Order of Saint Maurice. He is a Liberty Fellow, a part of The Aspen Institute and the Aspen Global Leadership Network. 



Travis Thomas
Leadership Specialist


Travis Thomas is the Founder of Live,Yes And (www.liveyesand.com), sharing his interactive and inspiring message of purpose, authenticity, and collaboration to audiences and companies across the US.  His coaching practice combines the principles of improvisation and personal performance to help individuals and organizations live with more purpose and authenticity.  Travis recently served as a Leadership Specialist at IMG Academy in Florida working with elite athletes from around the world such as the United States U17 National Soccer Team and the NFL and NBA Combine prospects. Travis’ corporate resume includes PepsiCo, Under Armor, Gatorade, Cintas, the Chicago Cubs, Boston Red Sox and the Toronto Blue Jays.  This past year Travis created “The Weekly Yes, and Podcast” as well as publishing his first book, “3 Words for Getting Unstuck: Live Yes, And!.


  

Tim Paul
Leadership Advisor

Tim Paul is a trusted leadership advisor after serving in the Navy as a Surface Time Warfare Officer for eight years. His experience gained in the hostile environment of the overseas battle space and the athletic field allows him to help leaders and teams to cultivate alignment at all levels, build a culture of trust, and inspire a shared vision that leaders and followers all believe in together.
He was stationed onboard USS PONCE (LPD-15) where he led his first team in the operational management of electrical distribution and communications systems. He would then quickly advance to become a Tactical Actions Officer onboard USS GEORGE H W BUSH (CVN-77). There, he regulated the ship's weapons, sensors, and propulsion in defense of mission capabilities. Onboard, he would lead a team of 135 personnel before moving to North Carolina to accept a role as the region's Nuclear Engineering Officer Recruiter.
Tim holds a bachelor's of science in economics from the United States Naval Academy. He was an All-American lacrosse player and four-year letter winner from 2007 to 2010. He is a regular speaker at colleges across the nation.  Tim has earned three Navy achievement medals, two commendation medals, one meritorious unit citation, and the "Admiral's Accelerator Award" for dramatic impact on future fleet readiness. He lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife Christie.






Lonnie Sarnell, Psy.D.
Director, Sports Psychology

Lonnie Sarnell, Psy.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist who provides clinical and sport psychology services to children, adolescents and adults.  Dr. Sarnell completed her B.A. in psychology at Yale University, where she played as a goalie on the Division I women’s lacrosse team.   She received her Psy.D. in clinical psychology with a concentration in sport-performance psychology from La Salle University, where she provided sport psychology services within the athletic department. She completed a pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Delaware’s Center for Counseling and Student Development, where she consulted with Student Services for Athletes and provided sport psychology and personal counseling services for student-athletes.  Dr. Sarnell provides sport psychology consultation for individual athletes, coaches, and teams, and has worked with athletes at the youth, high school, college, and professional level. Dr. Sarnell teaches mental skills for peak performance, with the goal of helping athletes reach their full potential. She also helps athletes with anxiety, depression, life stress, eating disorders and a variety of other concerns.  


Nick Molinaro, Ed.D., P.C. (Dr. Nick)
Licensed Psychologist with Specialty in Sport Psychology, TAIS

Dr. Nick is highly regarded for his ability to interpret the TAIS test (The Attentional and Interpersonal Style) and has been sought after by professional teams, organizations and TV producers.  He is responsible for Assessing and Training Mental Performance Under Pressure.  He is a licensed psychologist with specialties in Counseling, Human Development, and Sport Psychology.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master of Arts, a School Psychology Certificate & Doctoral Degree from various prestigious universities & colleges.  Dr. Nick has worked in the arena of performance psychology for over 30 years and has worked with athletes in NASCAR, NBA, NFL, AFL, CFL, World Billiards Championship, World Series of Poker, Baseball Teams, Olympic Medalists, USA Ski and Gymnastics Teams, World Class Athletes in Fencing, Ice Skating, X-Games and the World Junior Golf Advisory Board.





Matt Frawley
Director, Social Awareness

Matt joins our team as a college transition coach.  His background in consulting and managing college advisors, councils and educational groups allows us to provide our clients with comprehensive programs tailored to their transition needs.  Matt earned his Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University where he was a two time All-American varsity athlete and his PhD from Princeton Theological Seminary.  He is currently the Senior Associate Director of Education & Programming at Princeton University, specializing in career education curriculum development focusing on self-exploration & life long career management.  Matt is also President of E.G.G.S. LLC, a program providing consultancy services and reading programs for at-risk students.  He is a Board Member of the Princeton Recreation Department, Committee Board Member for Young Life Princeton and is a volunteer with the Crisis Ministry of Mercer County.


Nic Voge
Director, Learning Strategies & Personal Development

Since 2009, Nic has directed undergraduate academic support, including academic coaching, tutoring and learning strategy seminars at Princeton University’s McGraw Center for Teaching and Learning. Prior to Princeton, Nic directed the Study Strategies program at UC Berkeley and also taught courses in the Psychology Department & Graduate School of Education on both college teaching and learning.  Nic is highly regarded in the Ivy League and beyond as a highly experienced academic coach and consultant.  Nic has worked closely with student-athletes transitioning into college for over 15 years.  He was awarded the 2002 K. Patricia Cross Leadership award by the American Association of Colleges and Universities; he has also received the College Reading and Learning Association Professional Development Scholarship and was recently awarded the TRPP Associates Innovation Award for his first-of-its-kind project, Principedia. He is active in the higher education community, presenting at the Professional and Organizational Development (POD) Network and American Association of Colleges and Universities national conferences and is the author of "Life Beyond Grades: Designing Intrinsically Motivating College Courses", published by Cambridge University Press.


Lonnie Allgood
Character Building & Mentoring

Lonnie has a strong background in motivational speaking and improving the lives of our youth.  He attended Syracuse University with a full scholarship and graduated with a degree in Engineering.  Working hard and believing in himself, he fulfilled his lifelong dream to play in the NFL when he was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals and later in his NFL career suited up for the Buffalo Bills & the New Orleans Saints.  Despite his enjoyment for the game, Lonnie redirected his life to dedicate himself to today’s youth.  In 2001, he founded Dreams for Kids, a 501c3 charity which assists in building a child’s character by providing them with the tools and guidance they need to believe in themselves & respect others.  Lonnie’s motivating words of wisdom play a valuable role in our Complete Athlete 360 program as well as in the success of the athletes we serve. 






Dr. Wiemi Abell Douoguih, MD
Director, Sports Medicine
Dr. Douoguih is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon, specializing in arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder, elbow and knee.  He is a graduate of Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA as well as the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. Dr. Douoguih completed a sports fellowship at the prestigious Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles in 2003 and is a member of the MedStar Orthopaedic Institute where he currently serves as Director of Sports Medicine for MedStar Washington Hospital Center's Department of Orthopaedic Surgery.  He also serves as Head Team Physician for the Washington Wizards, the Team Physician for the United States Judo Team and is a consultant for the University of Maryland athletic teams (NCAA).  Dr. Douoguih has also served as team physician for the Washington Nationals, and as assistant team physician for the Washington Redskins, Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Dodgers, Los Angeles Kings, Anaheim Angels, and Anaheim Mighty Ducks, as well as for the teams of Loyola Marymount University.
 

 
Jennifer Sacheck, PhD
Director, Nutritional Science

 

Dr. Sacheck is an Associate Professor of Nutrition at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science & Policy at Tufts University and holds a faculty appointment at the School of Medicine. Dr. Sacheck earned a master's degree in Exercise Science and a Ph.D. in Nutrition Science from Tufts University and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School. Her research focuses on the impact of both diet and physical activity on health and performance outcomes, specifically among youth. She has authored numerous scientific manuscripts, teaches courses on exercise physiology and nutrition at the Friedman School, and was an appointed member of the Institute of Medicine's committee on Fitness and Health Outcomes in Youth. Dr. Sacheck also recently co-authored her first book on nutrition and fitness, Thinner This Year, and speaks nationally to competitive athletes and non-athletes alike on the virtues of optimal nutrition for health and performance. 



Scott Lenz
Director, Body Composition Analysis & Performance Optimization
 
Scott Lenz is a lifelong sports and fitness enthusiast.  He specializes in Body Composition Analysis, development of strength & conditioning, nutritional integration, health & fitness advancement, performance optimization & motivational coaching.  His professional training career began while studying at the University of Tampa whose faculty members had recruited him to implement an internship program at Johnson & Johnson within their innovative “Live For Life” employee wellness program.  He relocated to Las Vegas to work with renowned resorts to facilitate design & construction of gyms, many of which are located on famous Wayne Newton Boulevard.  After almost a decade in Nevada, he returned to the east coast to build what are now his greatest career achievements, Inspiri Wellness, LLC and Inner Image.  Having trained every level of athlete from beginner to top professional & celebrity, Scott’s focus is on the health and wellness of every individual who seeks his assistance.

Laura Scarpino, RDN, LDN, CPT
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Laura is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer. She received a B.A. in Psychology with a double minor in biology and chemistry from Gettysburg College and a B.S. in Nutrition from Cedar Crest College. Laura was both a high school and collegiate athlete in which she played softball, golf, and track and field at the varsity level and golf at the collegiate level. Laura focused on community dietetics while pursuing her nutrition degree and gained experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist working for a company in which she trained and counseled clients on nutrition, exercise, and injury prevention.

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
 
Jeanne's educational background and passion for nutrition make her a valuable team player on the Complete Athlete® 360 team. Jeanne is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian and a registered yoga teacher. Jeanne graduated from Penn State with a B.S. in Nutrition and a minor in kinesiology. She is a passionate athlete and passionate about the health of young athletes. Jeanne keeps up with her fitness through running and playing tennis. 
 




Julie Sinkovitz, RDN, LDN
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
 
Julie is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist & former college Cross Country and Track & Field athlete.  She earned her Bachelor of Science at the University of Maryland College Park and her Registered Dietitian Certificate from Rutgers University in 2015.  She is currently working toward her Master of Public Health from Tulane University School of Public Health & Tropical Medicine.
